Maellard is also a Lollipop from Lolliland, just like his adopted son, Pops. Maellard passed away, he was able to reunite with his son in the afterlife. His statue was built and was put alongside his son’s statue. Maellard later passed away sometime between Pops’ Final Battle with Anti-Pops and the Park’s 25-Year Reunion. Maellard attended Pops’ funeral, mourning his passing. Maellard shedding tears for his son, who died in the battle. Maellard appeared in the very end of the series, where he watches the Dome returning back after three years. Maellard angrily offers no comments, saying that he’s rich, before putting his hand to cover the camera. However, Pops was upset when his father coldly dismissed it as a mere planet and asked Pops to not touch the telescope as it is the family heirloom and is going to sell it soon, before ordering his son to leave. Maellard, looking annoyed, was writing something on his desk, young Pops takes a look at the telescope and finds the Lolliland, which he calls “the most beautiful planet in the sky”. Maellard widowed to take care of Pops himself. Maellard became somewhat dismissive towards Pops, which continued from the early 1900 to the present, but he loved him nonetheless. He eventually arrived on Earth, which has became his lifelong homeworld.
